Testimonials
The last course I completed was the Resistance Band course. I found it to be an absolute pool of exercises to be put to good use. There was a lot of exercises shown that I never knew of and even partner exercises which would be great for bootcamp. The exercises are also placed into categories which is great if I need a refresher.
I highly recommend any PT out there to have a look through the many courses that FEO has to offer as there are many to choose from.
A lot of different options and exercises shown in a clear way.
I recommend it to everyone 💪🏻
I have finished many FEO courses and found them value for money and ease of learning.
At 67 years young and being in the fitness industry for over 30 years updating and maintaining skills is essential. You can never stop learning. I would encourage PT's to engage in additional study to stay current in information.
It was funny and informative all in one. I would recommend it to any one training woman of any age.
