How to Add Value to Your Bootcamp

October 22, 2017
3 minute read

Hi guys! it's Jono here today. How was your weekend? Mine was really GOOD but involved a lot driving! I'm really into helping my friends/family out so i love doing things for them... And I'm not much of a drinker so I usually drive... So I end driving my family or friends home even though they live on the other end of Sydney... Friday was 90 km... Saturday was 70 km and both were in Sydney Traffic! But, I like it because it's my way of "adding value" to my friends and family and it makes me feel good.

In saying that, I'm a huge fan of "adding value" to what you offer and the funny thing is that I actually hate that word because I think it gets thrown around too much these days. There's obviously a HEAP of ways you can add value to your Bootcamp but I believe the best way to "add value" to your clients is via eBooks.

If you were a new client and were you looking to train somewhere and you wanted to compare two Bootcamps - the Trainers both seemed like good trainers and the location was similar BUT...

Bootcamp A: $50 per week x 12
- Access to 5 sessions of Bootcamp sessions per week

Bootcamp B: $50 per week x 12
- Access to 5 sessions of Bootcamp per week
- Also get 12 week home program, Jono's Basic Nutrition Guidelines, Jono's Clean Eating Recipe eBook, Jono's Clean Eating Smoothie and Shake eBook, Jono's 7 Day Booty Workout Challenge, Jono's 7 Day Ab Workout Challenge!

Assuming all else is equal, every single person would chose Bootcamp B because they are going to chose the Bootcamp which provides the most value.

And as a Trainer, these things are so easy to set up! Literally once you've got the content, you can make an eBook in a few minutes and if you want to make it look good, you can send it to fiverr and they'll make it look fancy for a few dollars! The best part is that you don't have to keep making these eBooks. You do it once and you give that same copy to every new client for the rest of your life.

And you don't need to keep making new ones every 12 weeks - the "eBooks" are more a "sales tool" to get people in the door. Once they are in the door; and If they like you, they have fun at training, they like the other members of bootcamp and they are getting results, they are going to stay! Why would they go anywhere else if you can hit all those boxes!

I actually did a live video in these in our Facebook Group a couple weeks ago. Check it out below.

Anyways, I recommend putting together as many different value adds or eBooks as possible! Starting TODAY! If you're thinking "yeah I want to put these things together but I don't have the time to put 5-10 eBooks together, I'm flat out as it is"... or "yeah I want to put these things together but I don't know how to do it", I would join our VIP program TODAY for TWO REASONS:

a) We're doing a series in there this week which will show you step by step how to create your own at home Booty Challenge (whether you're doing it in an "eBook" or as an "online program"
b) You get a FREE unbranded copy of our "Booty Workouts eBook" and our "Online Booty Program"... So if you don't have the time to put one together and aren't really interested in learning how, you can just swipe ours and put your logo on it!

Challenge starts TODAY so don't miss out! Check out VIP membership program here. Use the code brenda when you sign up to get your discount.
