The Truth About Xmas Parties

November 12, 2017
2 minute read

It's Brenda here today. How was your weekend? Mine was really GOOD! My sister came to visit me and we went to a baby shower yesterday. We had high tea at the Gunners Barracks in Mosman, a beautiful place overlooking the Sydney Harbour. It was my first time and I must say I loved the experience. I had a great time with the girls sipping tea and a glass of champagne.

I'm also very excited because the Christmas season is about to start and the number one question we get from trainers at this point is regarding the Xmas party. We get lots of questions; from how to organise a Xmas party, to how worth it is it, to how to deal with controversial topics such as the serving of alcohol and inviting ex clients.

I think the firs thing to consider about a Xmas or end of the year party is the WHY. A Christmas party is a great retention strategy and we believe most trainers should try to organise one. It takes a few weeks of relatively easy work to put together, but we guarantee it will result in more returning clients, particularly for those sitting on the fence about coming back to train with you next year.

The number one thing you need to do to organise a Xmas party for your clients is... book a venue, private room, table asap. So if you are thinking about organising one, get to do it as soon as you can.

We're talking about this in detail this month in the VIP membership. The Xmas party challenge starts today, so if you would like to hear more about how to leverage and use the Xmas party as a retention tool and also tips on how to organise a stress-free party, join us today in the VIP membership.
