Valentine’s Day Inspired Workouts for Bootcamp:

Hi guys! It’s Travis here today. Happy Valentine’s day! I hope you’re having a very sweet and blissful day full of love and friendship. You may have seen my wife, Brenda, in our videos. She’s been wanting to have a cat for almost 9 years and so this year I decided it’d be the perfect Valentine’s present. We got a cute female cat called VALETNINA. I know how it sounds, just another side of myself, I can be very sweet when I really want to.

Talking about Valentine’s and any other ‘holiday’ or special day, it’s always a great idea to incorporate them in your sessions to add some variety and fun to your PT business. You can do the same with, for example, xmas, Halloween, Independence day, Australia day, Saint Patrick’s day, etc.

How to create a Valentine’s Special Session:

  1. Dress up for the occasion: ask your participants to wear something red or pink for Valentine’s, it can be a top, bottom, shoes, hat, whatever they can think of or that they have.
  2. Put some Romantic Tunes on: create a list of music related to valentine’s day. You can ask your participants to send you recommendations of their favourite songs to add to the list (extremely easy to do on Spotify for example). If you want to go the extra mile, you can decorate the place with some love hearts and flowers.
  3. Do partner drills: make the entire session workouts partner drills to keep with the theme of Valentine’s. Whether it’s boxing workouts or a circuit, make sure they have to interact and have fun.
